Rewatch Our Recent Creative Briefing

Our recent creative briefing targeted artists intrigued by the intersection of community, ecology, and climate action. As we aim to foster coastal and underwater knowledge, citizen science, and local heritage, we invite socially engaged practitioners from diverse backgrounds to explore opportunities with us.

Are you a creative? Are you intrigued by the Shifting Tides aim of connecting communities with marine ecology and climate action?

Listen back to our arts briefing recording to understand your potential role in Shifting Tides.

The project endeavours to deepen community ties to Carlingford Lough's marine ecosystems through hands-on ecology and community stewardship.

Our diverse initiating and creative teams are eager to incorporate additional collaborators. The focus lies on fostering coastal and underwater knowledge, citizen science, and an integration of local heritage. For creatives looking to get involved there are a range of options and later we aim to have collaborations with opportunities for five performances/shows/events over the coming year with associated budgets. These events emphasize co created work or work arising from arts and or marine ecology workshops.

We welcome socially engaged practitioners from diverse creative backgrounds to explore opportunities with us. Visit our website for comprehensive information and mark your calendars for a face-to-face morning get together on April 21st at Omeath's Dolmen.
